Ease & space in a simple yawn

sometimes, the face can’t rest. sometimes, the face is trying to figure shit out real hard. resulting in tons and tons of tension around the jaw. don’t worry, the world’s simplest antidote to that is as simple as a yawn. one you don’t hold back but open your mouth as wide as possible. one people might scold you for it’s vulgarity (happened to me in Hamburg once haha) 🐣♥️✨

‪✨are you looking for ways to find more ease and space in your body? in my private practice, i help clients to find their unique and individual way to release tension from their system. often, it‘s by first finding rest and safety in the body. only after we introduce movement to the body. so if you‘re dealing with exhaustion, the aftermath of a burnout (or would like to prevent one), migraines, trouble sleeping, anxiety, various forms of trauma in your system - check out my work: www.recoverrestore.yoga ‬ ‪i have just completed my 300hours training in trauma sensitive yoga with the boston justice resource institute (www.tctsy.com)‬ - so i come with even more tools now to work with you.
