Give your eyes a break

most of us use our eyes as the predominant tool in everyday life. screens, signs, reading people’s faces - it all requires our eyes. plus looking often comes with a sort of leaning forward quality and trying to “get it”. pretty straining for the eyes. so those poor little poopers get tired every now and then. here’s a simple remedy 🐣♥️✨
