Energy Healing Session

Leela provides a very tender, gentle and accessible energy healing to help you get unstuck, find safety, joy and grounding in your body, and find more aliveness in your life.
She works on the dense areas of your body that don't yet have an uplifted source field, so very tenderly she helps those area's increase their vitality and access to source. This is gentle and ongoing work, we recommend a 3 month package of weekly sessions. Your body will reset to its dense habits very easily, so the series is aimed and transforming those long held resitant patterns in a simple and soothing way. Along with silent meditation and your own inquiry process, this will help uplevel those deeply stuck in blocks. Most of Leelas clients started with this package and found it so profoundly nourishing they continue weekly sessions for deeper and ongoing healing and physical uplevels.
Yoga in Groups Of 3 - 5

In these intimate group classes you’ll be expertly guided to let your body move from a state of being. Each session meets you where you are and provides gentle support for your whole system. We play with structure and freedom: explore freedom within structures and structure within free play. You’ll be leaving feeling refreshed, recalibrated and rejuvenated - without any effort whatsoever. No doing needed. Private Session

Once you book a session, you will receive a short questionaire (5 min.) to assess your particular needs. When we meet, I’ll listen to your system - and we go from there. Odly, it is very much just about letting awareness come into the body, drop into being. Everything else arises from there. It might be that we start to explore movement, it might be that all you do is to lay still, and experience awareness creating space in tight places or around a theme. Each session meets you exactly where you are and leaves you more spacious. Being allows you to evolve your practise as your body and mind finds more and more ease and effortlessness in movement, breath and awareness.
