try this:
✨breathe and if possible, notice how breath creates waves in your body
✨gradually rolling up and down, starting with tucking the chin, leading with your head as you go down and letting it be the last one to unfold as you roll up again; getting a sense for your spine as it is
✨any areas of tension / discomfort?
✨can you feel a wave through your body?
✨as rolling up&down starts to feel well oiled and goooood, invite smaller waves within the wave - can be in your feet / hands / arms / pelvis / face / …
✨pause and breathe wherever your body asks for it
✨after a few minutes you may want to just stand and be aware of any small or big shifts in the way you feel - in the body, in your field
