how to gradually build up to this:
✨as you hold the ball, what movements are possible in your fingers and wrists?
✨what happens when you let your shoulders join this conversation?
✨are you feet maybe corresponding to this movement as well?
✨what new possibilities do you discover as you let the ball inform other areas in your body of their roundness by simply having this contact with the ball on your hip for example?
✨as always, let the body lead, let the breath be your rhythm
